Baking Joy with Safe Place UA: Easter Cookie Decorating for a Cause

This Easter season, The Henry Project had the pleasure of collaborating with Safe Place UA in Lviv to bring a touch of sweetness and joy to children in need.

Safe Place UA, located in Lviv, is a community space where displaced and vulnerable children can find safety, friendship, and creativity

During our visit, we spent a delightful afternoon with the children at Safe Place UA, decorating Easter cookies with an abundance of icing, sprinkles, and laughter. Each child poured their creativity and heart into crafting these treats, knowing they were destined to bring smiles to other children facing health challenges.

The decorated cookies were carefully packaged into small gift bags, ready to be delivered by the Easter Bunny to the young patients at St. Nicholas Children’s Hospital in Lviv. This act of kindness symbolizes the spirit of giving and the power of community support.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the team at Safe Place UA for their warm hospitality and for providing a nurturing environment where children can find joy and express themselves creatively.

At The Henry Project, we believe that small gestures can make a significant impact. Through collaborative efforts and shared compassion, we aim to bring moments of happiness to those who need it most.
